Hakone (ha-ko-nay) Gardens, Saratoga CA
For this Share A Garden Sunday hosted by Artie at Color Outside the Lines, I thought I'd share a mosaic of some photos I took on a recent visit to this local japanese garden. I've been wanting to visit this garden for some time now but my knee recovery prevented me from going until just a couple of weeks ago. It's a beautiful garden! The mosaic images are so small so I've included a couple of larger images for your enjoyment.

B this is gorgeous! GORGEOUS! This is the feeling I want when you walk out into my backyard. I think after I burn down the house next door, and build my 19' wall and dome - I'll be in good shape! :) LOL! Thanks for playing along with Share a Garden Sundays! These pictures are really stunning!
What a pretty Japanese garden. What is there about it that is so peaceful? Perhaps the water and the precise plantings.
I wish I could visit one of these! Beautiful!
Oh, to have that waterfall in such a natural setting! I also like Asian elements in the garden. Seems to bring a sense of serenity. Lovely place to visit.

This is such a pretty place Bridget, Vanni has to go away on business next week and this could be a lovely place to take my sister, I am off to look it up on the web, hope you are having a wonderful time with you SIL, happy Monday, Kathy.
You can tell you have an artistic eye - your mosaics are always so interesting and perfectly laid out. These gardens sure are pretty. We have the Japanese Gardens at Como Park, I'll have to take a stroll through them now. Thanks. ~ Robyn
