Here is a painting I just finished. I painted this for a friend who is a real wine lover. I've snuck some significant dates and names into it to customize it for her. I can't wait to give it to her.

My blog's still here. I deleted the last few posts so it's back to Savannah waving goodbye and maybe that's why your link won't take you to it. I delete the posts after I print them out.
Brianna's family moved a couple of weeks ago but are coming down today to stay until Sunday. I'm so excited. I miss those little stinkers like crazy. They were here almost every day so I guess I'll have to get used to feast or famine when it comes to seeing them.
Sorry about your mom but glad to hear she's doing better. I was a caretaker for my dad after my mom died and I know how physically and emotionally draining it can be. We also take care of Larry's parents now and have for the past couple of years, hard to believe that next year they'll be 90! Sadly, that means I'm getting older too.
Thanks for stopping by. I don't post too much now but I'll be posting my sewing room once it's done. I actually won a give-away (gift card to The Fat Quarter Shoppe) and ordered fabric that I thought was like your yellow and blue quilt you made that I love. My monitor is dark and dying so it's hard to tell colors for sure but I couldn't find the fabric in stores so I just went ahead and ordered it all online.....BIG mistake! It's darker and the yellow is brighter than your's and I don't care for the fabric colors at all. It's Moda "Summer Breeze II" so it's good quality but I'm not going to use it as a bedspread in the sewing room (still has Kaje's twin bed in there) like I'd planned when it's done. I guess I'll have to make a plan B! I love how the room is turning out though and can hardly wait to share it. I may post occasionally about the girls but I'm going to be doing Facebook instead since my family posts all their pictures there. Not thrilled about it but the new blogger gives me fits!
