Approach With Caution

This looks like a huge plant but in fact it was just a small potted succulent. I call this painting "Approach With Caution."

This is a rather sad little landscape that I just did on a challenge from a fellow artist. Landscapes are not my forte but I'm trying.

If I could crop it down to just that top hill and the sky, I'd be happy LOL!

She certainly does know how to work me, the little stinker. I get to run back to Lowe's now and buy the stuff tomorrow. The funny thing is I wasn't in there more than 5-10 minutes when she started to get "sick!" Bailee, oh my sweet Bailee. The last picture was taken after her daddy tried to vacuum her hair off! She looked at him and shook her finger and said, "naughty!" She then decided it was kind of funny and let him vacuum her hair! Just think, Brianna has one more to go through this stage with. Just hope we keep laughing through it all!

P.S. Forgot to thank you for correcting this misconception about my religion. It just drives me crazy. :) Your friendship means the world to me.

Jake couldn't figure out why I didn't like the picture since he was a hunter (I thought he actually looked more just like a redneck, lol!). It really did unsettle me so I deleted all those pictures and just kept the one on my blog. The mall has trick or treating to but that's at night. I didn't go do that since I'd worn out my legs during the morning and have to get up so dang early for work. The girls really had fun and that's what matters! Thanks for coming to visit me too. After Travis is home I have no idea at all what I'll blog about! Life is pretty boring around here otherwise.

Has it really been since November since I touched base with you? Oh my! I must try to do better. Thanks for stopping by. I totally understand the aging parent thing. We had dad move in with us for awhile before he passed away. Mom died very suddenly before him. Now we're in the cycle of taking care of Larry's parents who are in their late 80s. It sure does keep you busy, more so than I ever imagined until life turned that way for them. I'm not complaining but just telling you that I understand the whole "family's can be so fun" and busyness of it all. I may have some fun things on the horizon soon that will keep me busier but they're not set in stone yet. Right now I'm not blogging as life just isn't too interesting around here in fun ways and I don't want to complain all the time on my blog. Hopefully good resolutions will be coming our way soon. Oh, but my sweet grandbabies are moving to Texas the end of the summer. It's going to kill me to watch that U-Haul drive away.
